Available for both iOS and Android devices, Tawasul app provides a more convenient and accessible way for individuals to directly connect with relevant ministries and government entities.

Tawasul app leverages the power of mobile technology to provide additional functionalities:

• Fix2go: This feature enables you to report any default on public facilities and services within 30 seconds, just by snaping the default and selecting the related icon, featured by GPS location detection.
• Push Notifications: Be updated with the progress related to your cases submitted though Tawasul system or App and receive essential updates on government initiatives and announcements directly through your phone.
