Brief:

AI GameDay Competition is an educational and interactive event designed to develop skills of university students in the Kingdom of Bahrain in the IT field using Artificial Intelligence (Al) tools, creative thinking, and problem-solving. The competition is organized by the Information & eGovernment Authority in collaboration with the Royal Academy of Police and is sponsored by Amazon Web Services (AWS) and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP). It provides a practical and hands-on environment where students can face real-world challenges and work together as a team to create innovative solutions in the fields of artificial intelligence and cloud computing.

Goals:

  • Empowering university students to develop their skills in artificial intelligence and cloud computing.
  • Promoting a culture of innovation and creative thinking among youth and encouraging them to adopt innovative digital solutions.
  • Building a qualified national generation capable of contributing to Bahrain's digital transformation and technological advancement.

Organizers:

The Information & eGovernment Authority with the Royal Academy of Police, in partnership with Amazon Web Services (AWS), United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and supported by stc Bahrain.
