How to participate in SHAREKNA?
You can participate by voting in polls and submitting your comments on blog topics and sharing your ideas and suggestions via “Tawasul” system.
What is the Legislation Lab?
The “Legislation Lab” allows the public to submit ideas aimed at studying and developing legal tools within a regulatory sandbox environment.
Through the Lab, participants can share the details of their proposed projects along with supporting documents.
How can I participate in the Legislation Lab?
You can participate in the Legislation Lab by sharing the details of the proposed projects along with supporting documents, which should include a project brief, its objectives, the implementation plan, relevant entities and legislation, the identified legislative challenge, and the anticipated impact of the project. In addition to submitting additional documents that include a report proving the applicant's financial and technical solvency, risk study and a clear action plan showing all the elements and conditions for the implementation of the proposed project.

A hackathon is an event where a group of people from various backgrounds come together to collaborate in order to solve a problem, overcome a challenge, or identify new opportunities.

To participate in a hackathon, visit the link provided for your selected hackathon to register and follow the instructions provided by the hackathon organizers.
What is “Voting” feature?
The voting feature allows you to share your input on public issues to improve the Kingdom’s public services, develop national initiatives, digital transformation projects, and more. You must log in with your eKey account to be able to vote.
Can I vote on multiple open polls?
Yes, you can participate and share your opinion on one or more open polls with topics that matters to you.
How do I submit an idea or suggestion?
You can submit any idea or suggestion to more than 58 government entities via the “Tawasul” system through www.bahrain.bh/tawasul. or via the “Tawasul” app. To download Tawasul app visit bahrain.bh/apps.
What happens to my submitted feedback, ideas, and suggestions?
The Kingdom of Bharain Government pays great attention to opinion polls for their importance in voicing public opinion important matters that affect their daily life. The results are used to plan future developments and improvements and enable us to respond to your needs effectively.
How can I participate in “Public Consultations”?
To participate in an open public consultation, you must first log in with your eKey account. Then you can write your proposal and upload any related documents (optional). Once you click submit, your participation will reach the relevant entity.
How can I create an eKey account?
To create your eKey account please visit www.ekey.bh and follow the on-screen instructions. Creating an eKey account is available to all citizens and residents of the Kingdom of Bahrain. For more information and assistance, please call 80008001.
