The Bahrain Space Agency, in collaboration with the National Cybersecurity Center, is proud to launch the “Space Cybersecurity Hackathon 2025”, taking place on November 5–6, 2025, during the Arab International Cybersecurity Conference & Exhibition, held under the esteemed patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, and Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Bahrain.

This groundbreaking hackathon is the first of its kind in the Middle East, bridging the worlds of space technology and cybersecurity in one strategic and high-impact event. It reflects Bahrain’s forward-looking vision in embracing advanced sciences to drive sustainable development, innovation, and regional leadership.

The hackathon offers a unique opportunity for young Arab talents aged 18 to 35 to develop innovative solutions that strengthen the cybersecurity of satellite systems — particularly CubeSats — from space to ground communications.
