This service provides job seekers with the opportunity to apply for vacant jobs by matching their educational qualifications and practical experience with the requirements of the available vacancies offered by private companies that are registered in the employment program on the Ministrys website.

Matching and recruitment of job seekers

  • The candidate must be registered as a job seeker and his file is activated with the Employment Services Office
  • He must meet the conditions of the job presented in the e-recruitment exhibition (such as gender, academic qualification, and specialization)


Repeat claim registration

  • Be Bahraini
  • Not less than eighteen years old
  • He shall not engage in a commercial or professional business for his own account
  • To be able to work
  • To be willing to work
  • To seriously look for work
  • Has not reached the legal retirement age
  • Have successfully completed the prescribed training
