Request for the cancellation of an existing address

The address request form must accurately include the building number, road, and complex details to facilitate the procedure for building deletion
The power consumption of the building or unit must be disconnected

Request for the modification of an existing address

The license number in the address request form must be identical to the license number in the building permit
The text of the license must match the addresses mentioned in the form
In the event of modification from residential to commercial, a detailed letter from the municipality must be attached
The ownership of the property (the document) must be complete if it contains a transfer of ownership of pages (12.13.14)
To have a power of attorney for one of the owners if the document is for more than one owner, with all the personal numbers of the owners shown
In the event of changing the property number due to separation or merger, the new document for the property must be presented
The engineering maps must be correct and complete the floors as stated in the building permit
