Request for the cancellation of an existing address

  • The address request form must accurately include the building number, road, and complex details to facilitate the procedure for building deletion
  • The power consumption of the building or unit must be disconnected


Request for the modification of an existing address

  • The license number in the address request form must be identical to the license number in the building permit
  • The text of the license must match the addresses mentioned in the form
  • In the event of modification from residential to commercial, a detailed letter from the municipality must be attached
  • The ownership of the property (the document) must be complete if it contains a transfer of ownership of pages (12.13.14)
  • To have a power of attorney for one of the owners if the document is for more than one owner, with all the personal numbers of the owners shown
  • In the event of changing the property number due to separation or merger, the new document for the property must be presented
  • The engineering maps must be correct and complete the floors as stated in the building permit
