Telecommunication Tower Service

Renovation permit Service

  • Submit the application electronically through the Benayat system
  • Enter the basic application data (owner, heirs, tenants, land, renovation details, electrical load)
  • Initial review by the municipality (1 working day)
  • Internal consultation when needed
  • External consultation with government entities (3 working days per entity)
  • Final review and decision by the municipality
  • Pay the fees through the Banaayat system
  • Issue the renovation permit electronically (valid for one year)

50% Discount On Permit Fees

  • The Bahraini citizen must be 60 years of age or older, provided that the building is for their first home.



Askar Landfill Management

  • Must have an active commercial registration.
  • Must comply with site entry schedules and safety procedures.
  • Must comply with permitted waste types.
  • Requires Supreme Council for Environment approval for industrial/liquid waste.
  • Requires disposal & transport license.



Appeal service against building permit and regulations decisions and central audit (BENAYAT)

  • Appeals are only accepted regarding decisions issued by central audit (benayat) and the Capital Secretariat and the municipalities related to the Building Regulation Law or urban planning requirements.
