Extend production start date

  • Documents that prove the justification for not commencing production, such as factory photos/photos of machines/lease contract/number of workers/machine purchase invoices. NOC from the Industrial Zones Directorate to extend the production start date for projects located in industrial areas leased by the Ministry.


Duty Exemption

  • Copy of audited annual financial statement
  • GOSI statement
  • Copy of audited report for the actual consumption of spare parts for the last two years (if applicable)

  • A duly completed application form EA-10
  • A copy of a valid commercial register cr
  • Clear photographs of the site (interior and exterior), taken from multiple angles, showing the surrounding activities relative to the work site
  • Any additional documents or attachments that may be required in accordance with regulatory procedures

  • A duly completed application form EA-2
  • A valid copy of the commercial registration CR
  • Clear photographs of the site (interior and exterior), taken from multiple angles, showing the surrounding activities relative to the work site
  • Any additional documents or attachments that may be required in accordance with regulatory procedures

  • In case the applicant is authorized on behalf of another person, copies of the authorization letter and ID card of the relevant person (both sides) are required

  • 100 BD , Study Scope Phase ; or BD 500 for Fast Truck Application
  • 4000 BD , Environmental Impact Assessment Phase ; or BD 6000 for Fast Truck Application
  • Note , Depend on the nature and size of the activity and the extent of the need to submit an environmental impact assessment study
