Change of business address (sole proprietorship)

  • A notarized power of attorney if the applicant is an unrelated party to the Commercial Registration holder, or an unnotarized power of attorney if the applicant is a professional office or an authorized employee registered on the same registration


Change the trade name (sole proprietorship)

  • A notarized power of attorney if the applicant is an unrelated party to the Commercial Registration holder, or an unnotarized power of attorney if the applicant is a professional office or an authorized employee registered on the same registration


Manage Bank Account for commercial registration

  •  Bank account Certificates
  •  Official Power of Attorney if the applicant is a non-related party. Note: Official power of attorney is not required if the applicant is the owner/partner/director or authorized signatory registered in the Sijilat system under the CR
  • Authorization Letter if the applicant is one of the Professional bodies registered at the Ministry of Industry and Commerce or if the applicant is one of the employees registered under the commercial registration.

  • 20 BD , Amendment fees: 20 BD Other fees may be required by the relevant licensing authorities.
