• A layout plan of the facility and immediate surroundings including building materials, alarm systems, shielding, engineering controls (mechanical interlocks, warning safety devices, remote handling tools, and any opening in the shielding materials such as conduits, ventilation ducts. And ac ducts).
• Assessment of maximum dose rates expected in all areas just outside the facility boundaries.
• Details of the radioactive sources storage facility, where applicable, including location, adjacent rooms (on a plan or sketch), shielding calculations and provision for sources’ physical security
