Buy or sell movable property – Minor’s Affairs

  • Submitting the application through the National Portal, bahrain.bh or by in-person attendance at the Minors’ Funds and Affairs Service Center.


Requests related to the disbursement of the financial entitlements of minors and equivalents

  • Copy of the applicant’s Identity Card
  • Certified copy of the IBAN
  • Other documents (depending on the type of service)


Requests related to the actions undertaken by a natural guardian relating to the funds of a minor

  • Copy of the applicant’s Identity Card
  • Other documents (depending on the type of service)


Requests related to the property of minors and equivalents

  • Copy of the applicant’s Identity Card
  • Certified copy of the IBAN
  • Quotation
  • Other documents (depending on the type of service)


Request for a statement or communication with an entity or party – Minor’s Affairs

  • The standard form.
  • Identity Card
  • A letter specifying the requested service.


Living expenses Request– Minor’s Affairs

  • Standard Form.
  • Balances and invoices (medical bills, travel bills, etc.).
  • Approval of the legal heirs.
  • A medical report from the hospital on the patient's condition.
  • A report on the cost of treatment.
  • A statement from the educational institution detailing the amount of tuition fees and study expenses.
  • A certificate from the educational institution attesting to the student's educational level.
  • Travel and accommodation reservations.
  • A quote from the car dealership in the event of maintenance


Request for a legal action – Minor’s Affairs

  • Standard form.
  • Proof of personal identity.
  • The legal text underlying the procedure.
  • Consent of all adult heirs and copies of identification.


Request to buy or sell an investment – Minor’s Affairs

  • A quote for the total investment value.
  • Expected investment revenues.
  • Market value of the investment.
  • Standard form.
  • Company financial reports (if a stake in the company is purchased).
  • Type of investment activity.


Data Transfer Permission Request (Outside Bahrain)

  • A copy of the commercial register (CR).
  • A copy of the legislation in force in the countries to which the data will be transferred.
  • A copy of the data owner's consent (submit a copy of the contract or privacy policy).
  • Fill out the application form and specify the data to be transferred abroad.
  • Proof of payment of the fee required for the application.


Buy or sell movable property – Minor’s Affairs

  • Standard form.
  • Vehicle ownership document.
  • Driving license.
  • Attach quotes based on the value of the property* 0-3,000 BHD (one quote). 3,001 BHD and above (three quotes).
