Reporting Construction sites

The service allows employers and those subject to the provisions of the law to notify the competent authority at the Ministry about the details and addresses of construction projects they are involved in, in accordance with a number of conditions specified in Ministerial Decree No. (3) of 2012, concerning the notification of construction sites.

  • The duration of work on the site must exceed 30 days.
  • The number of workers must be more than 50.
  • The site area must exceed 150 square meters.
  • The reporting process must be completed before the commencement of the project.
