Notifying Ministry of Labour about cases of workforce reduction due to the total or partial closure of an establishment

This service allows employers to notify the Ministry of Labour about workforce reductions due to full or partial closure of establishments, in line with Article (110) of Labor Law No. (36) of 2012. Law No. (37) of 2015 also prohibits terminating a Bahraini worker with equal efficiency and experience as a foreign worker.
