Modification of Inspection and Ownership Certificate Data

• Settlement of all traffic fines, contraventions, and accidents (if any).
• Clearance certificate from the financing authority if the applicant wishes to change the vehicle ownership certificate data from installment to cash.
• Technical inspection approval is required in cases where changes are made to the inspection and ownership certificate data (color, chassis number, engine number, make, vehicle model, weight).
• Payment of the prescribed fees.

Registration of Vehicles with Cancelled Registration Certificates

• Vehicle must pass the technical inspection
• Civil liability insurance for accidents must cover the validity period of the registration certificate
• Pay the applicable fees

Replacement for lost ownership certificate

• ID card
• Fill the form for registration of vehicles and are signed by the vehicle owner (companies or institutions are stamped form and attach a copy of the Commercial Register)
• Termination of all violations and accidents on the vehicle

Modification of Inspection and Ownership Certificate Data

• Vehicle ownership certificate.
• Completed licensing division form signed by the vehicle owner; for companies or establishments: the form must be stamped and accompanied by a company letter and a copy of the commercial registration.

• Fill and sign the licensing division form by the owner, for companies; attach a stamped form, commercial registration, and a signed company letter by the authorized person.

Final Export of Vehicle

• Vehicle ownership certificate
• Completed licensing division form signed by the vehicle owner (for companies or establishments: the form must be stamped, a company letter attached, along with a copy of the commercial registration)
• Clearance certificate issued by the financing entity in case the vehicle is under installment.
