• Clearance certificate from the financing authority if the applicant wishes to change the vehicle ownership certificate data from installment to cash.
• Technical inspection approval is required in cases where changes are made to the inspection and ownership certificate data (color, chassis number, engine number, make, vehicle model, weight).
• Payment of the prescribed fees.

Renewal of Registration Certificate

• The vehicle must pass the technical inspection if required (these centers can be found via the Service and Vehicle Inspection Centers Inquiry service in the Traffic application).
• Civil liability insurance for accidents must cover the validity period of the registration certificate.

• A copy of the marriage certificate to prove the relationship between spouses, and a birth certificate for transfers between ascendants and descendants as follows: Exemption from the fee applies in the case of transfer between: -Ascendants (first-degree relatives: father, mother, and those above such as grandparents from both sides)-Descendants (second-degree relatives: son, daughter, and their children such as grandson, granddaughter)-Spouses (husband and wife)
