New Agency Registration

  • The applicant for registering a new commercial agency must be a Bahraini national or a company 100% owned by Bahrainis.


Auditors Register and Annual renewal of the audit registration

  • Bahraini national
  • Full legal and civil qualifications
  • No business activity or employment
  • Good repute
  • A period of practical experience of no less than five years
  • Holding a professional accounting certificate accredited by one of the internationally recognized associations of chartered accountants


Authorized Distributor Registration

  • The CR that is applying must be active and must include activities related to general trade, retail, or wholesale..
  • The brand owning company may directly practice the Authorised Distributor Activity under a company 100% owned by them


Request for Printing CR Certificates/ Extracts/ Letters

  • Submit application by the CR owner or the authorized representative.
