Request to add a labor accommodation activity to an industrial plot

The existence of a valid rental contract for an industrial plot.
The residential building must be prepared and designated for the workers of the establishment registered in the commercial register mentioned in the industrial plot lease contract.
The plot area should not be less than the leased industrial plot is less than 5000 square meters.
The area allocated for building workers’ accommodation on the industrial plot, including side setbacks, shall not exceed 15% of the total area of the industrial plot.
The housing site shall have an independent entrance and exit . To obtain all necessary approvals and licenses from the authorities concerned with organizing the workers’ accommodation.
The tenant undertakes full responsibility for managing and maintaining the residential building in accordance with the requirements and standards approved by the concerned authorities and insuring it.

Request for renewal of an industrial lease

The existence of a lease contract for an industrial plot.
Submit a copy of the Board of Directors’ decision to request renewal with the authorization of a person to sign the lease contract.
Paying one year rent advance.

Apply for an industrial plot rental

For existing industrial projects, a copy of the Commercial Registration and photos of the facility and products (if any)
Completed application form
The identity of the applicant (copies of the Identity Card and passport)
A brief plan that includes an engineering drawing showing how the plot will be used and a brief business plan
Financial guarantee to finance the project

Provide the directorate with the illustrated engineering maps of the workers’ accommodation to be constructed
Provide the directorate with the number of workers to be accommodated in the proposed housing
Determine whether the workers’ accommodation building already exists or if the request is for a plan of a new accommodation building.

A statement (provided to the Industrial Zones Department) outlining whether the company will continue to practice the activity agreed in the previous lease contract, or whether the activity will be changed
A brief business plan describing the activity to be practiced if the company wishes to change the activity
