Application to lease an industrial plot within the Industrial Parks managed by the Ministry of Industry and Commerce

  • 1. A tenant within the Industrial Parks managed by the Ministry of Industry and Commerce
  • 2. Adherence to the lease agreement and Decree-Law No. (28) of 1999 regarding the establishment and organization of industrial zones, as amended by Decree-Law No. (26) of 2015 and its amendments


Request to add or delete activities (in the industrial plot lease contract)

  • Availability of a valid lease agreement for an industrial plot leased from Ministry of industry and commerce.


Industrial Unit Application within the Industrial Parks

  • 1) Providing CR
  • 2) Providing the required document
  • 3) Practicing a manufacturing activity
  • 4) Preliminary approval from Baytik Industrial Oasis


Appeal (Industrial Areas)

  • The tenant should apply within 30 days from the issuance of the Ministry's Decision.


Request a Building Completion Certificate for the Industrial Plot

  • 1- Valid lease agreement for the industrial plot.


Request to add a labor accommodation activity to an industrial plot

  • Valid lease agreement in effect for the industrial plot.
  • The labor accommodation shall be dedicated only to the laborers registered in the CR mentioned in the lease agreement.
  • The plot area should not be less than 5,000 square meters.
  • The area allocated for the labor accommodation on the industrial plot, including setbacks, shall not exceed 15% of the total area of the industrial plot.
  • The area dedicated for the labor accommodation shall have an independent entrance and exit, and the tenant must obtain all necessary approvals and licenses from the relevant licensing authorities.
  • The tenant undertakes full responsibility for managing and maintaining the labor accommodation in accordance with the rules and regulations related to the relevant licensing entities.

  • Valid lease agreement in effect for the industrial plot.


Request to correct the utilization of the Industrial Plot

  • Valid lease agreement in effect for the industrial plot.
  • The justification for the breach, the proposal and timeline to resolve the violation, (add supporting documents if applicable).


Request a letter of no objection for changes in the Commercial Registration (only for industrial plot tenants)

  • Valid lease agreement in effect for the industrial plot.


Request to add or delete activities (in the industrial plot lease contract)

  • Provide the Directorate with justifications for adding or changing the activity in the lease agreement. These justifications can include a study on how the industrial plot will be used, and how relevant the new activities are to the current activities that are practiced on the plot.


Industrial Unit Application within the Industrial Parks

  • Duly Completed Online Application Form View Document
  • A brief business plan (existing industrial projects are required to attach recent photos of the facility).
  • Proposed unit Utilization Plan (illustrating intended use of the unit)
  • Financial Evidence to fund the project
  • Financial Audited Reports for the last three years (if applicable)
  • Preliminary Approval from Baytik Industrial Oasis

  • 1. Copy of the address card of the facility on the industrial plot
  • 2. A copy of the No objection certificate from the General Directorate of Civil Defence to connect electricity/water to the industrial plot


Request to add a labor accommodation activity to an industrial plot

  • Provide the Directorate with the proposed labor accommodation drawings
  • Provide the Directorate with the proposed number of labors to be accommodated.
  • Indicate whether the proposed labour accommodation building already exists or is planned for future construction.
