Issuance of Travel Permit

• Application must be submitted by the father or an authorized person at any of the service centers, for newborns and individuals with limited capacity.
• Individuals whose passports are lost or damaged can submit the application at any embassy of the Kingdom of Bahrain abroad or via bahrain.bh

Issuance of Travel Permit

Required Document personal attendance

• Service application form.
• A new, clear, colored frontal photo 4x6 with a white background.
• Original birth certificate and a copy of it and certified copy from the relevant authorities.
• Original passport of the father and mother and copies of them.
• The original marriage certificate and a certified copy issued by the official authorities.
• Death certificate, in case of death of the father or mother, and a copy of it (if any).
• The original power of attorney and a copy of it.
• Any other documents that may be requested by the Department.
