eCommerce Seal (eFada) system allows granting an eCommerce seal to be displayed on the eCommerce Platforms (website or mobile application) after fulfilling the registration requirements without any fees. The eCommerce seal (eFada) states that the eStore/eMarketplace is registered and active in the records of the Ministry of Industry and Commerce and is authorized to practice eCommerce. This system allows the applicant to submit the eCommerce platform ownership verification URL.

eCommerce Seal (eFada) System

  • 1. Active Commercial Registration.
  • 2. Up and running eCommerce Platform (website or mobile application) which contains the following components:
  • The eCommerce platform must have a secure ePayment method.
  • Availability of a Refund and Exchange policy, Terms of Use, and Data Protection policy on the eCommerce platform.
  • The eCommerce platform must have an active shopping cart.
  • The eCommerce platform must offer delivery service to customers.
