Workload

• Recent 3 months Bank Statement of the establishment (no older than 6 months)
• Photos for the establishment from outside and inside

Proof of work volume (Depends on the activity type), example:

• Retail import and export sector: Invoices of imported products from outside Bahrain, supported by the customs invoices.
• Construction sector: Awarded projects contracts supported with construction permits.
• Transportation sector: Vehicles ownership owned by the company.
• Loading and unloading activities: Customs papers verifying the shipment of goods.
• Manpower Agencies: A copy of licensing certificate/ valid contracts, Receipts, vehicle ownership of the agency, the approved manpower supply record..etc./ Ministry of Health certificate (letter) for the housing capacity with a copy of the rental contract and the electricity bill.
