Copy of the applicant's and parents' ID cards or passports

A copy of the cards or passports of the applicant, father and mother
A copy of the parents’ marriage contract, if any
A copy of the birth certificate, if any
Authorization from the applicant in the event of his absence in person

1 BD , A fee of one dinar is required to obtain an extract of the birth or death certificate if the submitted application states the date of the occurrence in terms of day, month and year, and the fee is doubled if the application solely states the year of the occurrence
