Issuance of a real estate broker licence

  • The license holder must be Bahraini
  • Has 3 years experience in the real estate sector
  • He is over 18 years old
  • Attending training courses
  • The commercial activity concerned with mediation is: Real estate activities on the basis of fees or contracts - indication in real estate and activity number 682-2
  • The commercial register is active and not expired
  • Insurance against profession errors is 100 thousand dinars for companies and 50 thousand dinars for individual institutions
  • A certificate of good conduct and conduct is valid, not expired, and its duration does not exceed 3 months from the date of issuance
  • All supporting documents such as the ID Card or passport are valid and not expired
  • A ID Card or a Bahraini passport can be submitted
  • If the applicant is a sole proprietorship, the license is issued to the record holder only.


Issuance of a real estate sales agent licence

  • To be associated with a licensed broker with a valid license
  • A certificate of good conduct and conduct shall be valid and not expired, and its term shall not exceed 3 months from the date of issuance
  • All supporting documents such as the ID Card or passport are valid and not expired
  • Attend the training course for sales agents
  • An ID Card or a Bahraini passport can be presented
  • The work and residence visa must be valid and at the expense of the company he works for and the application was made through it (for the foreigner).
  • A no-objection letter from the employer in case the job applicant is Bahraini and works in the private sector and wants to work part-time as a sales agent with the broker
  • Employment contract signed between the licensed broker and the sales agent
