Land property survey certificate request

  • Title deed: Pages 1 – 7 and 10 – 13 of the title deed should be attached
  • Identity Card
  • Authorization from the owner


Request to prepare a real estate cadastral map

  • Approved authorization by government ministries
  • An official letter submitted by the business owners or individuals to the Real Estate Survey Department
  • A map showing the required location
  • A picture showing the dimensions of the site (including coordinates)


Apply for a cadastral map of previously surveyed properties

  • Title deed: Attach pages (1 to 7 ), ( 10 to 13).
  • Identity Card
  • Power of attorney (in case the owner is not present)
  • Referral of the application by the Registration & Follow-up Directorate


Request to prepare cadastral plans

  • Title deed: Pages 1 – 7 and 10 – 13 should be attached
  • Identity Card
  • Power of attorney for the owner
  • Letter of approval from the Real Estate Regulatory Authority for cadastral plans for storeys and apartments
  • Letter of approval from the Urban Planning and Development Authority if there is a request to prepare plans for units regarding buildings or plots, or at the request of the Authority
  • Referral from the Registration and Follow-up Directorate, along with the approval of the Urban Planning and Development Authority, to prepare plans and floor plans for the approved subdivisions

Apply for a cadastral map of previously surveyed properties

  • 1 BD , Certificate application fee
  • 5 BD , Marking fee / Per Mark
  • 5 BD , Beginning the transaction


Request to prepare cadastral plans

  • 1 BD , Certificate application fee
  • 5 BD (for each property) , Initiating the transaction


Request to prepare a real estate cadastral map

  • 15 BD , for a scale of 1:1000


Request a survey certificate from a previous case

  • 1 BD


Land property survey certificate request

  • 5 BD , Beginning the transaction
  • 1 BD , Certificate application
  • 5 BD (Per mark) , Marking fee, if the application is from a private company, there are no fees for marks

  • 5 Working Days

  • 30 working days , for 30 parcels or less
