  • The Establishments’s Basic Regulationrequired and The Disciplinary Regulation to be ratified must be written on the official papers of the establishment, provided that they clearly include the commercial registration number and the address.
  • The Establishments’s Basic Regulationrequired and The Disciplinary Regulation to be approved must be in Arabic.
  • It is not allowed to attach two applications in one transaction.
  • The Disciplinary Regulation of establishment must include the signature and seal of the employer - or his representative - and must be at the top right of each page.
