Apply for “Tas’heel” Financing Request

• To be a Bahraini.
• To be the head of the family.
• The age of the applicant at the time of submitting the application and disbursement of the financing from the financing bank shall not be less than (21) years and not more than (50) years for the Tas’heel Aqari, Tas’heel AlBait Al Oud and Tas’heel Ta’awon Financing Programmes and the applicant must be fully competent.
• The applicant’s income at the time of application and until the disbursement of the financing from the financing bank shall not be less than (150) Bahraini Dinars and not more than (1200) Bahraini Dinars.
• The applicant or any of their family members must not have previously received any housing service for the purpose of owning a property
• The applicant’s family must be a permanent resident of the Kingdom of Bahrain
• Without prejudice to paragraph (6) of this Article, the applicant shall not be the owner of a property; they or a member of their family; for a period of (3) years prior to the submission of the application and until allocation.

For the First Category

• Copy of the wife's valid residency.

For the Second Category – Married to a Foreign Husband

• Copy of the valid residence permit for the husband.

For the Second Category – Divorced

• Copy of the Continuity of Child Custody with its date of issuance does not exceed one year.

In case of Working in the Government or Private Sector :

• An updated Original Salary Certificate or Salary Slip Stamped in the same month of application.

In case of Self-Employment

• A recent income statement issued by the Notary Office in the Ministry of Justice and Islamic Affairs

In case of Retirement

• An original Retirement Certificate detailed with bonuses, stamped by the competent authority provided its issuance has not exceeded one month

In case of Unemployment/Downtime

• A Statement of Non-Insurance from the Social Insurance Organization (SIO) provided its issuance has not exceeded one month

In case of Working in the Military Sector

• An updated Original Salary Certificate or Salary Slip Stamped in the same month of application.
