Instructions that must be followed to issue the good conduct certificate:

  1. Please be informed that some purpose types for issuing the Good Conduct Certificate require personal submission of the request. In the absence of the purpose for which the certificate is to be issued, please visit one of the Directorate Service Centers with scheduling an appointment in advance. For more information, please visit the website of the Directorate of Criminal Information.

  2. The fees paid are not refundable in the event of acceptance or rejection.
