These services, provided by the Information and eGovernment Authority (iGA), allows citizens and residents to issue an identity card for the children below 10 years old and domestic workers, renew or replace lost/damaged identity card for citizens inside or outside the Kingdom of Bahrain, in addition to print ID card certificate, issue distinctive number for new born, appointments booking and inquiry , update civil records details, transfer head of household relation, and address services that includes updating the residential address registered in the ID Card and adjusting or cancelling a registered address in the addresses system with the ability to print the address certificate.

  • Appointments Booking and Enquiry

    Book an appointment to issue, renew, or replace a lost or damaged Identity Card, update the chip details, and enquire about a booked appointment or cancel it.

  • Addresses Services

    Request to update the residential address registered in the ID Card with the ability to print and verify the statement. Adjust or cancel an address registered in the addresses system and print the address certificate.
