Let us Register

This service is provided by the Ministry of Youth and Sport Affairs (MYS) for Bahrainis and non-Bahrainis as an initiative to ease the process of participating in their programs. It allows users to search and register for program(s) related to media, leadership, technology, science and art.

Must have a valid eKey account.
Must be of age between 9- 30 years old to be eligible for youth program registration.
Can be of any nationality.
There are three types of applicant’s profile:
- Student: is any applicant of age between 9-30 years old. However, for system usability the student’s age should be between 15-30 years due to the age limit for eKey registration.
- Guardian: is any applicant his age is 21 years old and above, where he is eligible only for adding his family members and registering them for youth programs.
- Both: is any applicant his age between 21 - 30 years old, where he will have the same privileges of both student and guardian profile.
For adding Family members:
- Must be of age between 9-14 years old.
- Must satisfy the family relationship condition (son/daughter/siblings).

Applicant can register for two types of the youth programs:
- Basic Programs: that can be directly registered since no prerequisites are available.
- Advanced Programs: that requires passing the assessment exam.
For the assessment exam:
- If assessment exam is passed for a program, the score is valid for one year only.
- If assessment exam is failed for a program, the applicant must wait for six months before applying again for the assessment exam of the same advanced program.
- No fees are required for the assessment exam.
- Limited seats are available for each assessment exam.
Some youth programs are free, while others require fees payment.
In case of cancelling the registered program:
- Fees will be fully refunded in case the program was cancelled before 48 hours from the program start date. Otherwise, no refund will be considered.
- For fee refunds, applicant must visit Ministry of Youth and Sports Affairs (MYS) office.
In case of changing the registered program, applicant has to visit Ministry of Youth and Sports Affairs (MYS) office
Certificates are provided for some programs, where the attendance must be 80% and above in order to get the certificate.
Programs are filtered based on the applicant's age and nationality.
For fully booked programs:
- Applicant can submit a request to receive notifications once there are available seats for the specified program.
- Notifications will be stopped once the applicant registers for the specified program.
